Noah's Ark Psychotherapy

Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy
both in person in Dublin and online

Welcome to Noah’s Ark Psychotherapy website. This is the psychotherapy practice of Ebru Nuhoglu Reilly.

A Safe Harbour

Life may bring periods of uncertainty, emotional difficulty, or transition. You may be functioning well in many areas of life while internally feeling strained, depleted, or at a turning point. You might be carrying past experiences and patterns that are difficult to make sense of on your own.

Psychotherapy can offer a steady space to slow down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with your inner resources.

At Noah’s Ark Psychotherapy, I offer a professional, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can pause and explore your experience.

Working together at your pace, we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience with care and curiosity, gently unravelling patterns that may no longer serve you and allowing new ways of relating to emerge. This supports greater awareness, inner capacity, and meaning to unfold over time.

Common issues to work with

Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to reflect on what is happening for you in your life and to engage with this process at a pace that is guided by your needs, readiness, and consent.

I work with adults who may be experiencing:

  • Life transitions or periods of change

  • Emotional distress or overwhelm

  • Difficulties in relationships

  • Bereavement & Loss

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Neurodiversity

  • A wish to explore personal experience in a therapeutic setting

While particular issues may bring you to therapy, the work is often about exploring deeper patterns and getting to know yourself more fully. Working at your pace, we attend to how difficulties can become pathways for awareness, pointing toward an inner way forward and new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

I work both in-person and online

In-person therapy takes place in The Iveagh Practice in Fade Street, Dublin 2.

My approach

My approach is humanistic, person-centred and relational, grounded in the understanding that therapeutic work takes place within a consistent, ethical, and professionally held relationship. My practice is informed by body-oriented and trauma-aware perspectives, and by an ongoing interest in existential psychotherapy and questions of meaning.

I believe each person carries a deep, often quiet knowing of what supports growth. Therapy is not about fixing, but about increasing awareness and innate capacity for growth by engaging with yourself in an attuned and curious way.

In our work together, I aim to:

  • Offer a respectful, non-judgemental, and confidential space

  • Support the exploration of thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and bodily awareness

  • Work collaboratively and at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate for you

In therapy we take time to notice what may be happening beneath the surface, gently exploring patterns that may no longer serve you and supporting new ways of relating to yourself and your life.

I attend carefully to boundaries, consent, and containment, and engage in reflective practice, supervision, and ongoing professional development in support of ethical practice.
